June 25, 2010 - Regarding the 1st lien: First-position lien holders' BPO agent completed a BPO on 6/18/10. After BPO is completed, it generally takes 7-10 business days for the BPO to be routed to the lien holder's loss mitigation department. At that time, we'll follow-up with the lien holder and begin substantive negotiations. (Joe)
